- let's openning "GTAViceCarEditor"

- load the file named "handling.cfg" ( folder "data" )

- select the car in the list and change the speed, acceleration and weight how you like

- save the changes and try your modifications

open GTA Vice CaR Editor

load the file names handling.cfg (folder:data)

- select the car in the list and change the speed, acceleration and the weight like you want

save the modifications and try it

 

voila c kom ca

you vas at the line of N to le fichier Handling in the dossier DATA

and you change the nombre (for exemple 160.0) by a new nombre more big
